Circus Poema Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are **final**.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans or inability to attend
- Weather conditions (unless event is officially cancelled)
- Personal emergencies
- Dissatisfaction with the show
Event Cancellation by Circus Poema
If Circus Poema/Poema Entertainment **cancels** the event and does NOT reschedule:
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
- Customers will be notified via email and phone
Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If the event is **postponed or rescheduled** to a new date:
- All tickets remain valid for the new date and time
- No refunds will be issued
- Customers unable to attend the rescheduled date may transfer tickets to another person but cannot obtain a refund
Force Majeure / Health Restrictions
If the event cannot be held with a live audience due to government mandates, public health orders, or force majeure circumstances:
- Full refund will be provided as if the event were cancelled
- Poema Entertainment reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements like future credit, etc.
Ticket Transfers
- Tickets may be transferred or resold to another party at face value
- Circus Poema/Poema Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or fraudulent tickets
